How it Works (Gap Analysis Process)

We’ll set up a quick call to understand your needs and determine which reports* make the most sense to review. Once you share your reports we’ll compare your reports to the prevailing maritime standards—we use the OVD standard--and provide a short report that includes the following components:

  1. Quantitative analysis: In terms of percent completion, how close are your reports to the standard?
  2. Qualitative analysis: Our data team will highlight specific gaps and areas for improvement
  3. Why it matters: We’ll share the specific implications of how continuing to use non-standardized reports will impact your business.

*Report types may include Bunkering, Daily / Noon, Arrival, Cargo, Departure, Event (e.g., COSP/EOSP), Statement of Facts (SOF)
